Bookings are fulfilled by third-party providers and/or booking marketplaces, including Mozio.

3) Partner Platforms and Third-Party Terms (Mozio)

When you click “Book” or proceed to booking, you may be redirected to a third-party booking partner (including Mozio). Your booking is subject to the partner’s:

• Terms of service

• Cancellation/refund policy

• Privacy policy

Important: Your contract for the ride/rental is typically with the partner and/or the underlying provider, not Airports2Hotel.

4) Pricing, Availability, and Confirmations

• Pricing and availability can change and are controlled by partners/providers.

• Final price, inclusions, and conditions are displayed before confirmation on the partner checkout.

• Confirmation and booking documents are issued by the partner platform.

5) Payments

Payments are processed by the partner platform (and/or their payment processors). Airports2Hotel generally does not collect full payment card details for partner checkout flows.

6) Changes, Cancellations, Refunds

All changes/cancellations/refunds follow the partner policy shown at booking.

If you need help:

• Use the instructions in your booking confirmation (usually includes a self-service link).

• If you’re unsure where to go, email us and we’ll point you to the correct support channel: support@airports2hotel.com.

7) Travel Accuracy (Your Responsibility)

You are responsible for providing accurate details including:

• Dates/times

• Flight number (if requested)

• Pickup location details

• Passenger contact information

Incorrect details may result in missed pickups, delays, additional fees, or cancellation without refund under partner rules.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to disrupt or compromise site security

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the website

• Use bots to overload forms or booking flows

• Post or transmit harmful code

9) Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, design, and materials are owned by Airports2Hotel or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• that partner services will meet your expectations

Transportation services are delivered by third parties. Airports2Hotel is not responsible for acts/omissions of providers, including delays, cancellations, missed pickups, accidents, lost items, or service quality.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airports2Hotel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or third-party bookings.

If liability is found, Airports2Hotel’s total liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, in any event, will not exceed the amount (if any) you paid directly to Airports2Hotel for use of this Service.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Airports2Hotel harmless from claims arising out of:

• your misuse of the Service

• your violation of these Terms

• your violation of any law or third-party rights
